Noah Weiss
Chief Product Officer at Slack for seven years. Previously head of product at Foursquare and product manager at Google, where he worked on the Knowledge Graph. Has been integrating AI into products for over 15 years across three companies: Google Knowledge Graph → Foursquare’s location intelligence → Slack’s AI features. Originated the Complaint-Storms process (facilitated sessions for extracting unfiltered product pain) and Customer Love Sprints (rapid cycles to reverse declining customer satisfaction) as systematic tools for recovering trust. Identified the “successful teams” metric at Slack — five or more users consuming core features for the majority of their work week — which showed a 400% uplift in upgrade probability and re-accelerated the self-serve motion after a 2019 plateau.
