Has worked with over 250 companies and more than 30 unicorns on pricing, monetisation, and profitable growth. Clients include Uber, Asana, DoorDash, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, and Segment. As of the second episode, has left Simon-Kucher to invest full-time through his own early-stage AI fund, 49 Palms Ventures, co-founded with Josh Bloom.
Author of two books: Monetizing Innovation (2016) and Scaling Innovation (2025, pre-order).
