Head of product for merchant experiences at Stripe. Previously built the restaurant and ecosystem product teams at Square. Former head of product and design at Mutiny (B2B personalisation). Also makes ice cream and was a competitive eater. Known for the decision log framework for building product sense, the unsell email as a hiring filter, and a strong prior against entering product management without prior technical or frontline experience.
