John Mark Nickels
John Mark Nickels is a product leader who built and launched the first Uber Pool at Uber, served as head of product for DoorDash Platform, led product for Waymo’s commercial ride-hailing and delivery, and returned to Uber to lead mobility product. Before tech he was an equity trader at Getco and an engineering manager at Groupon. He has practised the Conscious Leadership methodology (15 Commitments framework by Dethmer and Chapman) for over a decade and applies it as a leadership operating system across roles.
