Jessica Lachs is Vice President of Analytics and Data Science at DoorDash, where she has worked for over a decade. She was DoorDash’s first General Manager, launching the Boston market in 2014, before transitioning to analytics — a domain she entered by self-teaching SQL and Python out of operational necessity. She leads one of the largest centralised analytics organisations in consumer technology, covering consumer, merchant, and dasher analytics across DoorDash and Volt.
