Jenny Wen
Jenny Wen leads design for Claude Cowork at Anthropic, having joined as an IC, managed a team for several months, and returned to IC work to stay close to a craft changing too fast to manage from a distance. Previously Director of Design at Figma, where she led the teams behind FigJam and Slides; earlier a designer at Dropbox, Square, and Shopify. She gave a widely discussed talk in Berlin titled ‘Don’t Trust the Design Process’, arguing that a process built for predictability is wrong for a moment when engineers ship faster than any process can track.
