Author of The Lean Startup (2011) and Incorruptible: Why Good Companies Go Bad and How Great Companies Stay Great (2025). Former founder and CTO; founder and executive chairman of the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE). Coined the terms minimum viable product (MVP), build–measure–learn loop, and popularised validated learning. Spends his time advising founders and studying governance structures that protect companies from financial gravity. Has been in the room at hundreds of companies at the inflection points where corporate corruption begins.
