Taught the Interpersonal Dynamics course — nicknamed “Touchy Feely” — at Stanford Graduate School of Business for over 20 years; among the most celebrated courses in the GSB curriculum. Co-founded Leaders in Tech, a non-profit bringing the same interpersonal-competence curriculum to tech leaders outside Stanford. Co-author of Connect (2021, Crown Currency) with David Bradford. Earlier career spans industrial sales engineering and multiple industry transitions. Has dealt publicly with Long COVID since 2021.
