Ed Elson is the co-host of Prof G Markets, the markets-and-technology show in Scott Galloway’s Prof G Media network, where he runs the weekly analysis alongside Galloway and conducts the show’s guest interviews.

On Prof G Markets, Elson handles much of the data-driven market commentary and leads the long-form guest conversations, with Galloway as the headline co-host. The 26 June 2026 interview with Gary Marcus is an Elson-led conversation: he presses on the economics of the AI labs — OpenAI’s losses, the no-moat thesis, the case for and against Anthropic — and positions his own ‘there will be winners and losers’ view against the wholesale-doom argument.
